The nearest beach is in Puerto de Alcudia, about 32 km from the house.

The house comprises 2 floors. On the first floor, you have the living room -with AC and satellite TV, located by the kitchen. This is equipped with a ceramic hob and linked to the living through a marble peninsula. Two steps from here lead to the dining room, equipped also with AC and with access to the pool. The 4 bedrooms in the house, all of them with AC and 3 with a closet are on the ground floor. Three of them have a double bed and the last one has twin beds. The window in one of the bedrooms with a full-size bed has views to the inside although it offers exit to the terrace. In addition, two bedrooms offer an en-suite bathroom with a shower and there are 2 more bathrooms with a shower, one on each floor. A baby cot and a high chair are available.
