Outside this fantastic property you will find extensive gardens where you can sunbathe before cooling off in the large chlorine pool of the urbanization, which has dimensions of 10mx4m and a depth of 1.7m.
On the terrace of the accommodation you will be able to extend your evenings eating or having a drink thanks to the outdoor dining table.
NOTE: Due to the droughts in the area, the swimming pool will be closed in 2024.

Inside the apartment you will find a spacious living-dining room equipped with AC and Smart TV, which will be the ideal place to extend your evenings.The kitchen, completely independent, has a ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably.
When it's time to sleep, you will be able to use the bedroom available, which has a double bed and AC. A third person can be accommodated thanks to the sofa bed in the living room.
A bathroom with shower completes the stay. A fan, washing machine, iron and ironing board are available at the property. We can provide a cot and a high chair.
