The luxury property is based on Alagoan architecture, and was originally conceived as coconut farm at the beach. There are few nearby neighbours. The property has its own coral reef – which turns it very unique.
The beach line is 100 m, there are 900 m2 of constructed/living area and ample 50,000 m2 of land. Furthermore there is an exuberant garden with numerous rare species hundreds of palm trees and two lakes.

About the Location and Surroundings:
Praia do Patacho: The villages are centennial. The beaches are intact, long, of fine white sand and warm green water (27 degrees), comparable to the Caribbean, and quite different from the traditional Brazilian coastal conditions. It is the only long line of corals (Coast of the Corais, APP) of Brazil, making the water crystal clear and blue-green like in the Caribbean. The area has been inhabited mainly by Europeans. There are only about 10 local inns. The Beach of Patacho was chosen by Guia 4 Rodas and the tourism expert Ricardo Freire as one of the 5 most beautiful beaches in the country. The region offers a stunning variety of beach related activities.
