Welcome to our completely renovated 3-room apartment, certified with 4 stars for the most beautiful time of the year. This 98 m², smoke-free apartment offers every conceivable comfort, including WLAN/WIFI.

Upon entering, you'll be greeted by a spacious hallway with various cupboards, a mirror, and a wardrobe. The large living room with a dining area invites you to relax, featuring a 55-inch flat-screen TV with Blu-ray/home cinema and a speaker system, making television a highlight. From the living room, you can access the beautiful southwest-facing balcony.

The first bedroom includes a double bed, an additional sleeping option, a TV, and a desk. The second bedroom has two single beds and an extra sleeping accommodation, along with a TV, PlayStation, laptop table, and a charging station for your devices.

Our fully equipped kitchen offers all the comforts of home, including a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, Senseo machine, and blender.

The bathroom is a true spa oasis, featuring a shower, toilet, double sink, towel heater, and underfloor heating.
